Clickbank - Advance 3W Telecom Pd by Visa $49.90 for unlimited DVD movie downloads to my PC - links don't work!

On December 22, I paid $49.90 with my Visa to get unlimited free DVD movie downloads, music ad TV shows to my PC. It directed me to another page that gave me "step by step instructions to download movies, music, TV shows and more." I completed the download of UTorrent.

After completing these steps, my kids were excited to download their first movie. We searched for a movie and entered it as directed. Nothing happened. Links on the page didn't go anywhere.

I tried to get back to my original clickbank.com page and couldn't. I did get an email stating my payment and it included a link in case I didn't receive my product after payment. That went nowhere and it was an automated notification.

I noticed there was NO phone number or address. I clicked on the email link to send an email and have heard nothing.

I feel so helpless and usually take every precaution from being "ripped off". This is my last resort. I don't know what else to do.
