Fast Talking, Scheming, & very Manipultive Foreign Con Men!

My supervisor contacted me at home stating that a man claiming to be a Criminal Investigator stated that if I did not turn myself in that he would be sending someone to pick me up at work. I contacted him by the number that I was given by my supervisor only to be connected with a man identifying himself as Jerry Lawson. He stated that I was under a federal investigation and that charges were being brought up against me for 3 different counts of fraud against a federal bank by sending a fraudulent check through email for a payday loan. At first I thought it was some kind of praticle joke or something, but then the guy told me what my ssn was and that they were about to have the legal matter further processed to have me criminally charged. I told the representative that I would like to resolve this matter, and then he stated "Are you sure"? I said that I was and then he said "I mean this is really serious are you ready to make restitution for this matter"? In a very thick accent. Then I said yes, and then he said that he would transfer me to the supervising officer who was handling my case.

I then spoke to a man who sounded almost like the previous representative with a very heavy Indian accent. I told him before we proceeded any further that I first needed his name, title, and the company in which I owed the money to. He identified himself as Officer Tatrick Davis. So I requested to know the department he works for. Thats when he stated that he was a loan officer. He could not identify the name of the company that I owed the money to & when I asked him the name of the bank account that the money was transferred to he gave me the name of a bank that I never dealt with in my life and placed me on hold.

After 15 minutes I hung up the phone. When I arrived at the work I was informed that the person had called back for me. After a couple of hours they called back. I spoke with the man who identified himself as Jerry Lawson. I told him that our phone conversation was recorded and that there was further information that I would need from him before we proceeded any further. Two hours later I attempted to call the number (678-954-0520) which did not work and was disconnected. My friend who is a private investigator advised me to contact the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to report the incident.
