Notification of Cash Prize of ZAR 110 000 - Advice of Unclaimed Cash Othe

I received a notification saying "Advice of Unclaimed Cash" for ZAR 110 000 (South African Rand) but in order to received this I had to send ZAR 139.90.
Have done a search on the Internet, Business Directories, Local Yellow Pages, Scam Watch and can't find anything anywhere.

Has to be a scam - has anyone else had this experience?

Did not send the money!
