I too bought some Ugg boots over christmas and they have never arrived and after reading other reports on this site I have now made a claim through paypal to try and get my money back.
I paid 109.00 and tried on many occasions to contact them before I saw the other reports on here and now I realise I have been conned.
Next time I will go directly to Ugg Australia as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me but luckily enough I got my money back from the 1st one.
Won't be so niave next time!
