Scammed me for $2000.00 investment

I began investments with invest-manager in June. I was able to withdraw profits and received referral profits from them.in November I tried to withdraw another $2000.00 in profits, but they did not honor.
I would have approximately $7000.00 inthat account now, I cannot reach my funds. Now, I find their website is not operating either..
