Total fraud, empty promises destroy credit liars fraud law breakers threatens with lawsuits scare tactics scammers scam artists

I entered a business agreement with Advent Product Development to produce a patent and a product, my wife and I invented, to market. We paid them a total of $4,000.00. There was a remaining balance of $4,500.00 according to the agreement. To date, the company has done nothing to achieve their end of the agreement. They have also claimed that we owe them $5,602.70 and claimed to have filed a law suit against me through a law firm. This seems to be their normal method of operation.

At this time, I have done some brief research on Advent Product Development using Google and this simple search reveals that Advent is completely fraudulent, information that did not seem to exist when I got involved with them. They make a living off scamming people and have done it before! They simply change their companies name and rebuild their scam after they get caught. There are even testimonials from former employees as the nature of the type of fraud.

They claimed that they loaned me money for the services, but I never signed a loan agreement. I signed an agreement to pay for a service and I never received any service from Advent Product Development, other than a poor quality DVD.

Furthermore, if they have developed the product, why are we unable to reach an agreement concerning the profits the product has accumulated? Certainly, if the product does in fact exist, then we should be able to pay for any services rendered out of the profits and Advent should be cutting us a check for the remaining profits of the invention, not threading us over money they have done nothing to earn!

Clearly, I have been scammed by Advent Product Development and we simply want our money back and any legal or other obligations released, after which we want no further harassment from Advent Product Development or any of its other companies or assets. We want any trace of them removed from our credit as well. We paid $4,000.00 for a single, poor quality, DVD of our product that I could have made in my own home. We want our $4,000.00 refunded.

There has been no other service or product provided by Advent Product Development, other then the above mentioned poor quality DVD. We were not notified of any attempt to file a law suit from Advent directly either. We received a threatening letter from a law firm.in this letter it claims both a 30 and 40 day correspondence period, both of which I had already passed by the time I received the letter and it claims that I will have no say in the court proceeding. "Advent" and this law firm will only send me a copy of the "judgment" against me if I had corresponded in the time frame stated. Advent and this law firm are threatening a 25% garnishment!
