Charles Cooper, lottery cheaters.com whom ever this person is, is nothing but a scam artist and a lottery cheater. I purchase the software from the web site listed and notice that none of it is nothing but junk. Sales at Emetrix Sales [sales@emetrix.com] is who you order through for this junk. Paul Connor is also a lottery mathematician for LottoHiddenSecrets software and Charles Cooper so call info is in word format that is stolen from Paul Connors PDF document from his web site.

I asked for a full refund and received no response. I hate him. He will get what's coming to him. Everyone, please do not waste your time or money on this guy. Ken Silver is another scam artist. He never respond to none of my emails to this day since last July 07. His refund policy is just a rip off just like the one for Charles Cooper. You must send in a copy of every ticket that you played for over a few months.

I'm reporting all three of these individuals, Charles Coper, Paul Connor, and Ken Silver. Paul Connor only because no one will respond to no emails.
