I never received the product I paid for and there seems to be no way to reach this company

My check was cashed 7 days after it was written, but it seems to take alittle longer to receive anything from this place. Here it is January and still no book, no letter, no NOTHING!

They obviously make it so the only address was on the envelope that was sent in with the order. That made an address difficult to find and the phone number is a recording that you cannot choose to leave a message.
I am now searching for a way to get my money refunded... Doesn't look good.
