Charged my account 11.95 without my authorization Appea

On or around Dec. 21 I received my bank statement and noticed a charge of 11.95 from MNI Credit Report services. I did not authorize this charge and don't recall using their service. I feel if I did sign up for their service or anyone elses, that they should notify you before charging your account.
