These people have taken monry from my checking account twice without me even knowing who or what they are!

I don't even know what this web address could be and it won't come up on line at this address.
Even though it is only 6.98 it cost me 28 dollars in od charges and I had to pay 28 dollars to stop any further payments from coming out. Even my bank is having trouble tracing this company or whatever it is.
If anyone knows how to reach this website for real, please tell the rest of us poor dopes.
