I called when I saw the charge on my visa Internet

I called to ask them why they put the charge onto my account I was having a problem with the produce which made my teeth very sensitive and they hurt me. I was told it was too late my account was closed what is that about everything these days have a refund especially if you have a reaction to the system. I lost 75.00 to these people and would like others to know they really are terrible. They should be able to bent in refunding your money it was on within 1day of the cut off that I missed getting the refund I was told.
They don't count from the day its ordered not the time you have to use it.
