Somehow got my credit card number & charged $54.90 on my account fraudulent ripoff business

When $54.90 was charged to my credit card, I tracked it to Globalinx. They told me I had checked some box while I was on the web. Every call has been you will be reinbursed soon. I've contacted them several times and was assured that my account would be credited. I've received the same song and dance every time I've called!!!
