I figured with this kind of guarantee what did I have to lose?

I received the program and immediately noticed that the products looked used and the CD's and DVD's looked like copies someone would make at home. I watched the first DVD and what a dissappointment after 2 plus hours of listening to Scott pat himself on the back for his real estate investments he went into a marketing scheme to get the viewers to purchase more of his products. I recognized a scam and within 7 days of receiving the product I called to get a refund.

I talked to Heather and she tried to convince me to keep the product but in the end I got a RMA. So I sent it back certified mail.
I got a call almost a month later saying the products were "damaged" I tried to talk rationally to these people about the "problem" but after 12 times of calling and getting hung up on and told various stories about their return policy I decided to call AMEX to dispute the charge.
