On october 27 my husband purchased a Motorola L7 with a memory card fro the OEMKings. We paid within five minutes of the purchase and received the phone within a week. The phone was no good (would not read any SIM cards) and was completely useless. We returned the phone and had to purchase a lesser phone (motorola L6 with a h500 blutooth) due to either taking another phone (which we did) or losing 15% for restocking, but in the long run still lost money due to the phone being a lesser model which of course sells for less. The phone we accepted came and not only did it come with the wrong battery BUT NO bluetooth as described in item description. At that time they sent me an e-mail apologizing but also saying it would take several days BEFORE they even sent the correct battery and the bluetooth after almost two weeks I sent a nasty e-mail demanding to know what the hold up was and then within three days received the correct battery but a broken and pretty crappy but not the H500 blutooth as promised.By then my husband was really mad and it had been over 6 weeks (December 10) and he left them an honest negative for feedback.

They at that time sent us an e-mail asking us to call them so I did. The guy was telling me that due to the color of the phone that that is why I received no credit for the lesser phone because it was a colored phone that I guess it was worth more than the original but that he was going to send me an even better bluetooth for all my problems BUT that he wanted me to take back my negative feedback right then and there. I said absolutely not that not only had we been very patient but they had a serious problem with lying and I did not trust them at all anymore. He then told me he would go ahead and send it anyways but hoped I would reconsider taking it back. We received the blutooth the next week but it was used (full of ear crap) broken and we had to download a manual because it came without one and at that time we saw it was useless. I still did not take back my negative so he left my husabnd negative feedback. We have been going back and forth in the dispute resolution forum he claims the bluetooth has nothing to do with the issue and that we left them negative unjustifiably but also e-bay has not helped out. I sent e-bay an e-mail today asking them to get involved and also explained that if you were to look at their feedback they get 6-12 daily with the exact same issues as we are having. If there is somewhere else I could complain I would because I feel they are ripping people off and that somehow they get away with it but really that is fraud. Also all the feedback that is neutral is from people who have been liedandor tricked into it by them so they would not have a negative feedback from these people.

If anyone were to loook at my husbands feedback it would show that he is a fantastic buyer that purchases stuff and pays immediately and we have never been left negative feedback before.
