Account debited triple the loan amount and lender keeps calling my work

They debited my checking account too triple the amount I borrowed and now they keep calling my work and it's becoming aggravating. My bank even closed my account and opened a new account because of this company... They are very shady and they don't do business clean at all. They steal money in my eyes and should be shut down.
