Rosario, RGA Sold me fake RGA jackets Rome And Paris rome

I left my hotel Sunday morning at 10am near Paddington Station, London, England when a new BMW with a well dressed Italian man in his mid 40's pulled over. I assumed he was asking for directions.

He barely spoke English, but he started relaying a story of losing 2000 Euros in the Casino the night before, was in London at Harrod's for a fashion convention, was a clothing rep, etc. He then showed me his tunnel ticket to head back to Italy for Christmas... And empty fuel tank.

He then showed me these suede RGA jackets. They were in plastic logo'd bags and had 08 collection tags on them. He said they were $1500 jackets and just needed some help with gas for the trip back.

I asked to try them on, but he wasn't comfortable with this, just told me they were my size, he had to get going, and was trying to help me out. I had a weak moment and emptied my wallet for him (60 pounds). He asked if I had more, fortunately I said I didn't and he handed me 2 new jackets and took off.

I immediately took them back to hotel to try on and inspect further. I found label saying made in China on one. They were ok looking and seemed real. It wasn't until I returned home and found this website when I realized I had been scammed. Of course I feel like an idiot and wish I could have those few minutes back.

At least the jackets look ok. I guess just be wary of anyone trying to sell you something too good to be true. No matter how genuine the product or the salesman's appearance is. These guys have a scam thats obviously working well.
