Apex Motgage, E-irect Funding Ripped off $500 for an incrediby low rate mogage of 3.5% 30 year fixed and disappears

I reported that I had been ripped off by Daniel Elliott for $350 and $150. I did send him the information he asked for a 30 year fixed 3.5% rate and all that he ever has sent me was (4) e-mails total). Daniel also ripped off my brother for $350 and $150 as he did me.

My brother did a search on Daniel Elliott and found that he was not even licensed to write mortgages or under a company that had a license. He worked from his home in Texas. My brother does have his address if somone needs it.

No one receives anything in return after you submit your requested documents not even a professional letterhead or confirmation of anything; appraisal or showing a mortgage contract is being executed. I did not authorize Daniel to charge me money until I had a bank approval letter. That is how the fraud happens. He says it is going into Wachovia and tells you about a fake appraial for the $350 and then tells you Wacovia has a new $150 processing fee and guarantees you're approved. Then he will dissappear or if you do reach him -tell you his company has gone bankrupt.

Remember he is not licensed or work for a company that is licensed. Then worry about identity theft. Please forward to investigators. He ruined our year.
