Possible fraud. Web site takes orders and money for videos, doesn't send them and blames UPS

I ordered a "Third Watch" complete dvd set of all seasons on Nov. 19. I paid for the purchase through PayPal. I did not receive the DVDs. I did receive an e-mail from the company stating that the DVDs were re-shipped due to a problem with UPS on Dec. 8.

I checked the tracking number provided by the company. Accorrding to UPS, they have received billing information but no product to ship. I have called the numbers provided on the website trying to contact someone from the company. I have tried all of the possible extensions, and each time a recorded voice comes on the line and states that there is no one to take my call and disconnects the call. I have sent several e-mails. Each time, I receive an email that states that they are very busy with the holidays and will email an answer to me in 48 hours. I have never received an answer other than they have received my email.

I paid through PayPal and have filed a claim through them to get my money back.

The site boasts a Buy Safe logo. This is to certify that the merchant is trustworthy and reliable and they guarantee it. It states that it monitors the site and the transactions.

I searched on Google and found other customers that are having the same problem that I am having with no resolution.

The sad part is that this site is still up and allowed to take unsuspecting people's money without providing a service. If they were a reputable company, they would answer their phone and e-mails. I believe taking my money, not shipping my DVDs and blaming the problem on UPS is intentional fraud. Something needs to be done to either put this company out of business or make them live up to their promices.
