National Health Net Online
Made fraudlent claims to get money from me

Education & Science

On November 28th I was called by a man with a thick middle eastern accent. I almost hung up, and I should have, since I could barely understand the man who was getting increasingly aggravated at me for asking him to repeat himself. He claimed that his company "BPS" was looking for people who would do some advertising for his company. He claimed his name to be Robin Johnson.

After alot of questions asked by me, I agreed to do some advertising for him in exchange he was going to pay me $2000. Then when the advertising was done I would also recieve a Visa card that would be loaded with another $2000. He said that it costs alot to advertise and personal advertisers work best... I should have known better, but, the idea of that much money in this economy seemed worth the risk. However, he already had all of my banking information, which I found strange, but he did want me to confirm my age and address... I did do this.

Then on December 5th I believe it was, they charged my account $29.95... The amount that I was told would be a "wire fee" for the money he would send me as payment... Not anything else. I called the number on my online banking account and discovered it was something called National Health Net Online.

So I called them to see why they had charged me when I hadn't gotten anything for the advertising nor had they sent me any money. I was told that I would have to wait until the "letter" came from them because there was certain information they needed off the letter in order to cancel my "Membership" and give me a refund of the money.

So I waited and finally on the 11th of December I got a letter from them with a "free gas card"... I checked it out and it was just another scam inside a scam... So I did nothing with it. I called them back and they cancelled this membership and gave me a cancellation number. If I had not called them in a timely manner... Just 7 days of review... But 7 days from when it didn't say... They were going to charge me another $299.95.

At this point they have agreed to not charge me anything else... But have refused to return my $29.95, stating that I agreed to their company's policies and conditions and agreed to allow them to withdraw this money from my account. I agreed only to do advertising for them for the payment they offered... They claim to have me on tape agreeing to this withdrawl, I did no such thing, so I don't know what they have on tape other than me agreeing to do the advertising for them and agreeing to the wire fee for the money they were suppose to pay me. I should have known better... Just don't let this happen to you!!!
