Without my authorization this company is taking montly $20.95 from my bank account

I have just discover that my bank account is charged montly $20.95 by this company. I have never authorized them to do so. Looking over my statemts carefully I have discoverd that I was chargerged for the past 4 months. After calling the phone #listed on the bank account I was directed to a different company that did not answer the phone (I could leave a message only)
