Eric Poelman Stole $193.50 from me on Ebay purchase I never received!

On August 24 I bid on and won Dr. Quinn DVD's for $193.50. As per instructions from seller (ApropoAuctiions, Eric Poelman) I mailed my personal check to ApropoAuctions. On August 29 this check cleared my account. I never received any Dvd's or a promised refund. September, October, and November Eric and I corresponded through email about this transaction, so I felt he was for real. His correspondence was fairly timely and very professional. Now I discover I am a victim of a crime.
