Stole monies and will not discuss the matter with you

Joseph, Steven and Associates contacted our company claiming to be able to recoupe bad debts owed to us. They asked us to fax a copy of a check to get the paperwork started in the ammount of $1000.00, they said they would not deposit the faxed check until they receive the original check in the mail with our signed avadavats. They deposited the faxed check that day. We have heard nothing from them since. I did some checking on Jospeh, Steven and Associates and found several reports against them here. They are doing the same to us that they did to everyone else. I told them of the reports that I have found and they knew right away that the reports are here, Donald Strong told me that the owner of RIP OFFs.com has 6 felony arrests out for him for extortion. If this is not true that is slander and/or defemation of character. Donald Strong claims to not have been the one that sent me the fax even though I have the fax still in my possession with the name "Donald Strong" clearly typed in the From section. I have called several times a day, and get shuffled around to many ppl that either hang up on me or put me on hold with no warning and never come back. I have spoken to 3 different receptionists, Melissa, Kathy, Donald Strong and Edward Pummel, all keep saying they will call me back and never do. The way this company treats their supposed clients is nothing short of atrocious! I propose to any that are interested, that a class action lawsuit be initiated against this company that I will gladly sign up for and provide several days of detailed notes and all paperwork since they contaced us. Please, anyone interested in a class action suit against Jospeh, Steven and Associates, please contact me so we may get this company at their own game and shut them down. The things they are doing to small business', especially at Christmas time should be criminal and I believe it is. Let's band together and go after them and make them pay us. They can feel what it is like to be on the other end. They must be stopped and we are going to have to ban together to get this done, so let's show this company we are not all push-overs and not all will just lay down and take it.
