Saying I owe $420 by calling daily but will not give us address, phone # or the reason for the charges. They call everyday and say they will not quit

We have been harrassed for months by a company calling themselves American Solutions by a caller who says his name is Jason who says we owe money for something never ordered. He says he has the order on tape, but never can produce it. He calls daily at 9:00 AM EST and will not quit. I cannot find a web address and have asked him to send something in the mail, which he won't do. Has anyone else reported this problem and how do we stop it.
