They Charged My Visa Debit Card $11.99 a Month, I Do Not Know How They Got My Info, Not Approved

I was checking my Bank statement online & noticed that Charges were being taken out of my account that I DID NOT Approve, I googled the TLG and the Phone # 800-290-8603 that was on my info of the charges taken out of my account and I saw that I was being scammed & I was not the only one, I tried to call the # but just got a machine, I called my bank to try to stop any further charges taken from my account,
Please Respond to help my with info to get my money back & how to put a stop to this issue happening again
