Ripoff Help Un-authorized charging

I, like many others here, was ripped off for $99.85 by Cigarrest. I too cancelled everything in time and was unaware of the scam they doing to people, until I was hit for 99.85. My bank advised me to return the product, which I am, If I don't recieve my refund then they will dispute the charge and for me to call the police and file a report. This is completely unacceptable practices by this company and I'm really surprised it's went on this long. Please, Anyone wishing to go after them, I would be more than willing to help in any way I can. I will post updates about this as soon as I have more info... Thank You
