Rip off

500 fast cash took out money from my account from april to nov. When i called them and asked for the documents i signed to have them take out money, they said they would fax them yesterday. I never got them, even after calling them twice and they said they would fax them. I did not know about the money that was taken out from april- aug until my cu informed me of it today.
They need to be stopped because now my cu is going after them also and i have to change my bank account today. The cu thought i let them take money out of my account in april-aug but i did not!!! I had no loan agreement with them at all. They owe me that money back!!!
