These people are very unprofessional. They made an unauthorized charge on my mother's card and now she is here crying because they took most of the money she saved for Christmas gifts.
And when she called the company to settle the issue, the guy yelled at her. They yelled at my mother over money. They are lucky that I wasn't there because I would have.
These people need training on how to be professional and resolve disputes. I will never use this company. Nor will anyone else in my family. Is this the way that they attract business??? Well, I will make sure that I let the world know how rude and unprofessional they are with the elderly!
