This business is a joke

On November 26 I went to the discount smoke shop to get my husbands chewing tobacco as I do every week. I wrote a check for my purchase which I always do and telecheck denied my check. Of coarse I called my bank and they said i had plenty of money to cover the small amount. So I called telecheck and got the run around. Noone could tell me why this happened. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said it was their mistake and she would fix it immediately. So i assumed she did. Then on Nov. 30 I went back to the same business. I wrote a check for a small amount and they denied it again. Of coarse I was furious. My bank said telecheck has nothing to do with banks. They have no idea how much money you have or anything. I have had this account for 14 years and have never bounced a check and I am on number 13,000's. I was humiliated. So I called telecheck back again and spoke to this rude man named Manuel. I told him I talked to a supervisor a few days earlier and she said she would fix this and I had done nothing wrong. He said I did'nt meet the criteria. I said yes I do and told him what they told me a few days prior. He was talking awful to me and said oh! Yes there is something wrong but of course could'nt tell me what it was. My bank said this is crazy, because these people do this to people who do the right thing. They also said that my check number alone should prove I have a great history because of the very high number. They said banks don't let people keep accounts if the bounce checks to much. I felt violated almost as if the have ruined my reputation. Telecheck shoud be against the law, they have no right and these business's should'nt use companies that have no idea anything abount you or your account. It is crazyand should be stopped.
