After reseaching the Better Business Report about Apex I thought it would be safe to give them a try at this home based business.
Once they received my money from my credit card, withing 3 days I was no longer able to get any responsed from this company.
I disputed it with my credit card company HSBC right away. That was almost 1 -1/2 year ago & HSBC still has yet to refund my card & has sent me to collections.
I have sent documentation where not having enough of a credit line on my HSBC card put the remaining balance on my Capital One card. I received a credit from my disput with them right away.
Apex Marketing is ruining my credit & I refuse to pay for something I did not receive. I was told I would get an email with a password, well I did but after going to the site & inputing the password assigned to me, it failed.
My efforts of only trying to better myself to make additional income has been a nightmare. My phone rings every hour on the hour from HSBC asking for money & the stress that this transaction has caused me is unbearable.
I only hope that anyone investigatiing this complaint can help me before my credit is ruined after working for 40 years to keep my credit in good standings.
