Rent to own storage buildings

If you go into a contract with these people I would look it over very good before signing it, they will add all kinds of charges if you are late and even go as far as threatning you with discrediting your name as far as they can. I thought and still do think I paid them off only to find out they came and got my building while I wasn't at home (with all my belongings in the building) with not so much as a phone call only the one that they called me twenty minutes before coming after it. I paid $7000 on nthis building and without warning came ad got it, I called and told them that I wasn't even aware I still owed them on it due to no contact whatso ever, then asked what I owed on the building so I could pay it off and come and get it and they said" that i couldn't pay it off in other words they want to resell it and get double thier money from one building" they said it is in the contract well just because its in the contract doesit any morenot make it legal! This is how the rch get richer and the poor get poorer. And I'm not going to take more!
