Foreclosureworld— Credit Card Scam Prescott Arizona

I got caught up and curious about their forclosure kit. I think I ordered the kit for 10.00 but it never came and I didnt see a charge on my card for it so I never gave it another thought.
Last week, I check my account and there is a $297.00 charge on my account from this company and I am stunned! I don't know what the charge is for and I would never authorize such a large amount! I tried to call the number but all I get is what their operating hours are and to leave a message.
Now I am being called by Forclosureworld and when I told them I wanted my money back, the guy tells me that he is with the Advertising and Marketing Department and that he has nothing to do with Customer Service! What a crock!
I already did what paperwork needed to be done through my bank to see about getting my money back.
I encourage all who have been abused by this and other companies to take whatever action they are able to take and do not let these guys get away with it!
