Required fees for attorney fees, claimed work done, never called. The two companies seem to be in collusion or closely linked

Originally I was contacted by Joseph Steven and Associates 2 years ago. After sending them all the paperwork on the collection, their legal department called, said they had found the bank account for my debtor, and needed money for a writ of execution. They said they could not guarantee the money I was owed without putting a hold on it through the court. After giving them the money, I never heard another thing from them.in 2 years I was the only one that called them. My last call to them ended with your case is closed and they hung up.

A few weeks ago, I got a call from Commercial Investigations Inc. They started working with me and said they had found the guy. Talked to me about a tape they got with his arrogance about ripping people off, which definately fit the man who ripped me off. They wanted money for a writ of execution. They frantically called like they were going in to court and needed a couple of additional documents.

They told me that everything was taken care of and I would be receiving my money around the 29th.

Found out from the QWest Operator that there is nothing listed in the phone directory for them. I have tried to call, there is a pick up and hang up.
Cannot reach them at all.
