Enrolled, descriminated against and kicked out then charged for it

I was enrolled in this so called university in April of this year and it seemed to go pretty smooth until it came to the financial part of the process. I wasn't even finished with my first class before I was put on a financial hold for so called varification purposes. I had done all required paperwork and verification processes 6 times and was told it was not accptable. Finally CTU had kicked me out stating that I did not do what was required of me, which is a complete lie. I had been randomly selected to participate in their varification process, this is a bunch of crap I had fought and fought with them and done everything asked of me word for word. I am in a same sex relationship and my paperwork couldn't match up to what they wanted it to be. I went through the re-enrollment process and done all that they asked of me once again and it was still incomplete. I had spent more time fighting with them and doing paperwork then I had spent in class which is rediculious. I filled out my FAFSA and was approved through Wachovia for two grants and a stafford loan to cover tuition. Now it doesn't even exist I am expected to pay $900 dollars to cover one class in two weeks, after I had gone through re-enrollment my financial aid had changed which is not possible. I am being harassed by CTU even after they sent me an e-mail stating that I would only have communication with GRC or their attorneys, but today I had received a call from student accounts demanding payment. This is harassment and descrimination towards myself being of non-heterosexual orientation. I have at no time signed any agreement or contract to this instituition it was all done over the phone or through internet other than the verificaiton papers that I had faxed which were never approved or accepted. Each time I speak with one of their reps. I am disrespected and talked down to. I would love nothing more than to run this so-called school under and sue them for everything they have so that this does not happen to any more innocent people trying to make a better life for themselves and their family.
