I suspect they stole and used my invention

I have returned to PTI the Confidential Disclosure Document as per instructions, including description, pictures, drawings of my invention and I was waitting for a call to see about the evaluation process.
I have tried to call but all a got was the answering machine and I left a message and I asked to be called back. Nothing happened for a year.

I did not pay any money to anybody for anything BUT... My invention has been produced and marketed and it is included in the package of a very well known cosmetic product.

Are we talking about a change in ripoff strategie? Somehow it is hard to believe that it is a concidence and somebody thought about the same thing at the same time.
