They cashed my checks and I never heard from them again. I want a refund on my money but there is no human response. Even after i have e-mailed them three times and called four times

I Put an Dell computer on layaway with this company. After my two checks worth 120.00 were cashed, i never heard from them again. After investigating, i got scared and attemted to contact the company many ways. Do Not send your money here as this is a rip off!!! I am finding ways to get my refund and want to know if any one has found a way of doing so.
