US Search Steals From your Checking Account

It is horrible how you can get rip-offed so fast. It is also just horrible to see how some crooked companies get hold of your credit card number and start to drop money out of our bank account.

I went to the US Search website to ask for a one time phone number search. Unfortunately, when you click at their web page they link you to some other one (some fee - based Megan's Law wannabe) that asks you for a email account and one month later you look at your bank summary and you'll see that you are now a new member of this sorry service.

So, US Search combined their web site to some other that (without you knowing untilo later on) charge you monthly on for a membership.

How wonderful is that?
How many consumers have no idea of what is happing out there? Some one needs to stop them!

Yes, I did call them and when I finally got thru they said: Make sure you don't click the link when it comes pop us asking for your email next time

What the hell?!!!

I was buying a lousy phone record from US Search and of course I needed to give my email, but I didn't give their ripoff affiliate my credit card number.

And, just one more thing: I never asked for a lousy membership at US Search either!

I just hope everybody can stop from being rip-offed by these kind of companies!
