I started out going to pcdi when I was a senior in high school. I got about a year in to the program when I recived an email from the main director of the program, they stated that they recently found out that I was a senior in high school and because I was not graducated from high school i was not able to finish my degree with this program and they were going to cancle my program. I asked them for a refund they stated that they were not able to do that and they kept on sending bills to me. I of course didnt pay for them and they reported me to collections.
A couple years later i decided to try them again and take the medical dental assisting cirtification while double majoring in psycology. I paid for the programs in full up front witch was about 1600.00 altogether. And went about with my classes when i was finished and got my cirtificate for the medical and dental office assisting I started applying for jobs of course I did not get anything so i went to another college to ask about maybe getting some hands on credits thinking that it would be an easier way to obtain employment with that field that college stright up told me that they would not be able to use any of thoses credits and I would have to start from scratch.
I was so mad and upset that i called Ashworth and told them that i wanted my money back for the psycology degree that i was taking and i wanted it cancled right away. They stated that they have a no refund polocy and stated that i obtained an education and even through nobody will take there credits or employee me with there degree that the education could not be taken away from me. At that point in the phone call they hung up on me cancled me and they still have my 800.00 that i should have never spent on them.
