B.I.G. Is a ripoff and needs to be stopped

I borrowed money from the B.I.G. Company and agreed to pay it back. I paid the processing fee for months thinking the amount was going down. I have been harassed continually by this company. My credit/debit card was stolen and my account was frozen and I told them that and that in two weeks I would be paying my remaining balance off - they are still continuing to harassment me at work.

In the State of South Carolina - anyone contacting you at work after your requesting that they do not is illegal in South Carolina and I asked repeatedly that they do not call me at work.

They are all from England and you cant understand a word they are saying. They have threatened to garnish my wages, which they cant do in South Carolina - only medical entities can. Eddie proceeded to discuss this with another person in my office when I was a lunch. He said he had not but she knew what it was about, which is illegal too. I proceeded to tell him I work for a major law firm and he proceeded to tell me he was the supervisor at B.I.G. And that he was a lawyer too.

He threaten to contact my superivisor and my employer to tell me I was refusing to pay them which I was not - just needed to open another account that was not being stolen out of.

I asked for th owner's information and a supervisor and was told there were none that existed.

This company needs to have a class action brought against them and I am willing to participate.

They need to know the laws of each state before threatening action that are illgal in that state and they DO NOT NEED to discuss personal information with staff at anyone's office.
