Charge for Gold Package for yellow pages listing at $359.40, never got my authorization to do. This company tricks the people they call on the phone and never tells you exactly what and how much the offer cost

My name is Maria D/B/A Coqui Salon de Belleza and I have received an invoice number # 071026-420323 stating a fee of $359.40 for Gold package with basic search listings, etc. I was never told of the cost for this service, since I have always been in the yellow pages and have never been charges such an outrageous fee, I pay my usual fee as a merchant or to explain further the commercial account with the PUERTO RICO TELEPHONE Co.

Your company has committed fraud and have violated my rights by never explaining to me the cost of such package.

I called your office and was told that I must pay 20% of the cost, which I utterly refuse to pay because I was never told of such cost. I have discussed this matter with my lawyers and if this matter continues, I see no other choice than to hand this case over to the law. I am not paying for a service that I didn't request and was never thoroughly explained to me.
