Pure Life Products Or Pure Energy Products Company charges the shipping of 4.99, and then charges 149.99 to my credit card

This company did exactly what it has done to many other people as I just read. It charged 4.99 for shipping for a free (??) right, sure... Trial... And then you don't the free trial for 10 days and then you get hit with a 149.99 into your account that you never agreed to.

When I called (and finally after 3 attempts to talk to a person without getting sent to a tape that tells me that all customer service agents are busy) I get told that I had 20 days (how can 10 be 20??) to request a cancellation. Not only that all product sales are final... No, guarantee... Nothing... Just boom... That is that.

When I told the supervisor I finally got hold of he told me that if I disputed it with the bank I would get hit with another 149.99 and if I did not pay it... I would be sent to a collection agency. I said fine... I am so tired of getting ripped off.

I know that buyer beware is what I need to do... But, this was extreme as far as I am concerned. Anyone have anymore suggestions???
