Advertising Deceptive, Company is a fraud and scam, charge my credit card on fraud attempts

To whom these my concern, Real Estate Buyers Financial Network is a scam. They charged my credit card for the amount of $199.00 for a membership and stated that i will recieve a foreclosureland list for free of all 50 states. And access to a free referral database of over one million realtor represented properties in all 50 states. Referrals to several licensed moortgage professionals who can pre-qualify me and get 100% financing with little to no down payment, and licensed real estae agents who will help me to locate and bid on properties. Michael Jones was my sales rep.
