I called them to ask precise questions about overturning an old child support order for my son, they assured me the issue was covered in their book, and they had a 100% satisfaction refund policy. The book tells you to take certain steps to lower your support prior to court action and then change it after an order of the court is entered. This procedure amounts to FRAUD! Fraud is illegal... My son ordered the book.

They do not tell you, you "MUST" take the steps outlined in the book, (which are illegal) with no results, and send them proof that you took those steps, and it failed, before they will even consider a refund.
Any action carried out to defraud the courts is illegal. DO NOT attempt to follow their advice, or buy the book! I will provide the ebook free to anyone wanting to take action against these opportunistic crooks.

I cannot believe the Attorney General has not gone after these guys, and anyone who has attempted the guidelines in the book. They are only paralegals, but they have come up with a conspiracy to commit fraud, and actually charge the non custodial parent over $20 to possibly have contempt/and or fraud charges filed against them. (That is why an attorney doesn't tell a client about these procedures. They would lose their license and be barred/fined.)
