Buyer Beware, I Wish I Had

I ordered an atv on 8/31/07 and received the atv in 16 days. My son and daughter rode the atv for about 2 weeks and the front end linkage wore completely out. I immediatly contacted Legion Global via email about the problem and waited a couple of days with no reply. I then contacted Legion Global by phone for 3 days in a row and each time I was given different operating hours for the parts department.

On the fourth day I finally got to talk to someone in the parts department. I explained the situation to him and he instructed me to email him pictures of the worn parts and he would get me the parts I needed to repair the atv in the mail. This has been over a month now and I cannot get a response to my emails, and I cannot get the parts department on the phone.

Please do not be taken in by their website, they have the same prices day after day and trick you into rushing your order before you can do any research on them. They say, huge sale today only. This huge sale is every day. Also, when I ordered the atv, it stated that if you paid with an electronic check you would be given a $50 discount. I never received my discount. I think this may be false advertising.

After I received the atv, I called customer service and asked them about the $50 discount and the lady told me that I should receive a check in about 2 weeks. Here it is now going on 6 weeks and no check. I called their so called customer service and was told that they had to record of ever offering the $50 discount and that they would not honor it. So, I have been ripped off in more ways than one. I got a crappy atv and I also got taken for $50. While I was talking to the lady, I got upset and she hung up on me 3 times and finally got to where she would not answer the phone. So buyer beware and do your research before purchasing anything from this company.
