I was charged $26.97 on May 30 on my credit card, for merchandise which was not delivered.

I contacted urbanq customer service several times over email, initally they responded back saying they have a problem with credit card processing system.

But since june, they dont even respond.
I have never seen such a fraud company.
How can I recover my money?
