Predatory lender sucking off the people of america

When Ocwen first took on my loan, trouble started right from the begining. It just got worse as time went on. They are reporting that we were eleven payments behind who would miss eleven payments. I called to speak to them couldn't speak to any one who spoke english. They were telling me for example we missed sept. Payment when I know we made the payment, finally they said they recieved it but the money was not applied to that months payment but was put on my escrow account instead, this happened several times after that, they said once the money was allocated they couldn't change it. Making forebearence agreements wanting a big down payment only to use the money somewhere else. My wife and I got divorced over the strese of all this.

I am losing my home on november 8 to a public sale Ihave lived here all my life my parents died in 1982 of cancer my father built my home. I can't imagine living any where else. My intrest rate has gone up to 13% makiking my payment through the roof. I want to be part of the class action suit please help me. I have a six year old daughter that lives with me we are going to homeless soon. I have six grandchildren who want to enjoy my house on the water. Please help me and my family
