I gave them $100.00 for a down payment and when I received my books I sent them right back. On the contract it said I could get my money back, I never signed anything

I talked with someone on the phone at Ashworth University, I told them I wanted to do their Psychology Associate on line and gave them my Credit card # for $100.00 down payment. The day I received my book, I decided that I needed to improve my health before I did any school work so I sent the book back Certified Mail.

They Received my book on Sept 27. I spoke to someone and they said it would take 4 weeks to get my money. I called on Oct 30 and they said that I would not get my money back they were keeping it for administrative fees. On the back of the contract that I never even got a chance to fill out states:

1. If you cancel within five calender days after midnight of the date you signed the Agreement, you will receive a refund of all money you have paid to the college. I never signed the Enrollment Confirmation. I sent the book back the date I received it.
