Charges a late fee without disclosing it!

I had no problems with this company until I decided to cancel. They want you to send an email to cancel... I Did that. It was told to me that I didn't send an email. Shame on me, I assumed that we were all done, got my bank statement, realized that there was a charge from credit bureau exerts on there. I called, I was told that I never cancelled and they were sending me to collections. I agreed to pay a months fee. The fee went through and they added $10.00 for a late fee? B.S. This WAS NOT disclosed at the time of payment and "Mitchell", if that's his real name, said he forgot to tell me about the $10.00 fee.

WHATEVER! This company is CRAP! I could have done the credit repair myself! I am also reporting them to the Florida BBB!
