$299.00 Fee For Guaranteed $5000 Federal Grant

I had some lady lady calling me offering to provide assistance for me to get into a new home and payoff all my bills. She said that I would only have to pay a $299.00 processing fee and the paperwork would be mailed to me. After waiting almost 2 months. I finally received the package. Shortly after I filled out the package and sent it in with Delivery confirmation. However I was really concerned when the package was sent back to me. Marked "REFUSED". I called and called they company and received no answer and no call back. I called again this morning and the number was disconnected. I called my bank and they said there was nothing I could do. *Lesson Well Learned*
