Carl Williams Pawnee Leasing will not work with you only make Harrassing Phone Calls

I am in the medical field and got involved with Pawnee Leasing when I leased some equipment for my office a gait scan from a company located in Colorado. Pawnee Leasing was the company they recommended. I should have known from the start of the application that things were not right.

After a few months with the equipment the computer that had the software the screen stopped working. I was told it was under warranty and to send it to them and they would look at. Some how they held onto it long enough for the warranty would run out and notified me that I wold have to pay over $500 to fix the screen but if I did not want to that the software is still good and that I should hook the laptop up to my desktop. Grant it the whole reason for getting this scan was that it was portable and could go from office to office.

When I sent letters to the company Rocky Mountain Lab and to Pawnee Leasing regarding the equipment is not usable I got no response. But when I stopped payment and wanted them to take the equipment back they refused. They told me the balance was $2400.00 and I had to pay it or they would take no stops to get the money. They started calling the office and talking to my employees about the balance due and giving other info that should have been only discussed with me not employees.

I sent them a letter offering them a settlement and also requesting them to stop making harrassing phone calls. They in turn said they wanted the equipment back and someone would pick it up. Months went by and no word from them. Then out popped Mr. Carl Williams who said he was a private investigator who was very very very ignorant. Saying things to my employees leaving very nasty messages on the mahine for anyone to listen to and continuously harrassing office employees. He claimed he sent someone to the office to pose as a patient. When questioned not much of an answer from him. He claims he was recording the phone calls and told the employees he was doing so. They got to the point of hanging up on him..

When I spoke to Mr. Carl Wiliams 520-322-7217 to give the name ofthe person I can talk to at Pawnee Leasing to talk directly with them he would not he said I had to deal with him and he would not go away. When I send letters or try calling Pawnee Leasing no response.

He has now started calling my home and leaving very nasty messages. I feel there must be a law to stop him. I also feel that the leasing company should try to work out some kind of payment for this crappy equipment or come and get it.

I have never been treated by any company like this they want to keep adding fees but not to try to settle this and save court fees that they may never get back.
