Larry McNutt, Jim Jackson & PTI swindled me out of $47,000.00 and I am left with nothing Garden City / also Canada

Three years ago I called PTI and spoke with Larry McNutt. I told him about an idea I had and he thought it was a good idea (obviously). He sent me paperwork to fill out, but I sort of just let it die down because I was to busy.
So in 2006 I called again with a different idea that I felt was a hit, and I spoke to Larry again, and he remembered me. Long story short I paid the $1,200 for the report and research, they sent me back the report & it looked good. He thenconnected me to Jim Jackson who was just as smooth as Larry. We then talked about royalties and getting investors. I explained that I didn't have much and either did my family, but I would give them the opportunity to invest in the product. Unfortunately they believed in the product as I did and we sent in th $47,000 to handle everything across the board. Then 1 month later they started to freeze all assetts. Strenger & Strenger tell me that they are only taking care of people after they were appointed. What to do now???
I only hope the worst for Larry Mcnutt, Jim Jackson, & larry Gumpbell
